Article 1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees apply:Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot or in case of no-shows: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.
Same-day cancellations due to no-show or lateness exceeding 60 minutes are treated as non-refundable.
No cancellation fees will apply under the following conditions:
Sudden severe weather or natural disasters (determined by the Photographer’s judgment)
Photographer is unavailable and no substitute can be arranged
Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule a confirmed booking under the following conditions:Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer’s availability and consent
The new shoot date must take place within 180 days from the original booking date
Rescheduling fees:
Rescheduling on the day of the shoot: Treated as a cancellation (see Section 1.b)
Rescheduling made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot: 50% of the total fee
Rescheduling at least 72 hours before the scheduled shoot: Free
No rescheduling fees apply when:
The shoot must be rescheduled due to inclement weather
The Photographer is unable to perform and a replacement must be arranged
Important Notes:
If a customer submits multiple rescheduling requests, or fails to confirm a new date within 3 days of the original rescheduling request, the platform reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply the applicable cancellation fee.
Article 2. Photographer-Initiated Cancellations
Cancellation Responsibilities
If a Photographer cancels a confirmed booking, they must notify both the platform and the customer as early as possible and take the following actions:Cancellation within 3 days prior to the shoot: Issue a full refund to the customer. Pay a penalty to Memorii equal to 50% of the total booking amount
Cancellation more than 3 days before the shoot: Issue a full refund to the customer. Pay a penalty to Memorii equal to 20% of the total booking amount
Force Majeure Exemption
If the cancellation is caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, sudden illness), the Photographer must promptly provide supporting documentation. Upon verification and approval by Memorii, penalties may be waived.
